an ellipse, arcs, circles, angles and parallel lines.
TreadRuler adds an extra dimension to plotting geometric figures. Students learn the
properties of elliptic functions with the use of Thread Ruler by physically seeing
the change in the radii during the course of plotting. Thread Ruler has been well
